A week in my life at EA

Building success together, by Sophie Pang

Our leadership team want everyone to have their say

At EA, it’s not just about delivering, it’s about having a say in how we operate and constantly driving improvement. One day I’m leading an EA team, engaged on a major global transformation for a client with 38,000 employees, the next, I’m uncovering new AI related growth opportunities via our Partner network. It’s fast-paced and rewarding, with no two days alike.

Flexibility here at EA is real

I manage my time between the EA offices in Mayfair or Weybridge, home and my client sites, all while being trusted to deliver high quality results. No micromanaging, just autonomy to do the work the best way I know how.

Beyond project delivery, I’m always focused on helping the business grow. I’m involved in developing, harnessing and collating our internal IP. These tools enable us as Consultants to continue to work in autonomous fashion. It’s also about creating reusable resources and giving our people a solid starting platform on every assignment.

I’ve also been given the scope to establish partnerships with AI technology suppliers to further extend our capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends in this space.

" At EA, your work is seen, and results follow. My recent promotion to Project Director is proof that when you put in the effort, success naturally comes your way". Sophie Pang, Project Director.

Support is a cornerstone at EA

I’ve had invaluable mentorship from the Partner accountable for the areas within which I operate. He’s someone I can always rely on, whether it’s bouncing ideas around, discussing career paths, or talking through big decisions and client situations. It’s part of what makes EA such a strong team, I’m never alone in making important decisions, but I’m also given the freedom to express myself.
