EA proudly supports the 'Global Make Some Noise' charity
On Nov 21st 2023, EA hosted a table of 10, including our partners, clients, and our Board, at the prestigious Global Make Some Noise event at the Londoner Hotel in Leicester Square
EA contributes c. £25,000 to the causes
Global’s Make Some Noise supported by Barclaycard helped raise an incredible £1,120,617. This amazing amount will help projects and small charities across the UK to change lives and help those who need it most.
The night itself was filled with stars, including Rita Ora, Myleene Klass and Busted. All of whom took to the stage to perform for the guests.
Global brought together all its radio brands – Heart, Capital, Smooth Radio, Classic FM, LBC, Radio X and Gold – and its outdoor estate, to help those living through the toughest of circumstances. The night was hosted by many of Global’s star-name presenters, including Amanda Holden, Jamie Theakston, Roman Kemp, Sian Welby, Chris Stark and James O’Brien.
Stephen Miron, Group CEO of Global, said: “To raise more than £1.1 million for Global’s Make Some Noise is a fantastic achievement and I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished, both last night, and in the 10 annual Appeals since Global’s Make Some Noise was created. During that time, we have raised more than £35 million, supported 440 projects and charities across the UK, and helped change the lives of more than 175,000 people".
