Senior Consultants required for the London/UK team

The successful candidates will be required to undertake lead and supporting roles in the delivery of strategic client projects. You will form part of an award winning, highly proficient, organised and energetic group of EA people. EA works across many business sectors and is therefore able to offer challenging and multifaceted assignments. Whether it be new tech/digital transformation, a complex transaction or a post-merger integration programme, you’ll be stretched and continuously learning.

How you’ll make a difference:

• You will be responsible for leading on, or playing a central role in delivery of strategic client programmes
• You’ll use your analytical skill and business acumen to help solve complex business, change and technology problems
• You’ll bring structure and rigorous control to assignments, enabling thorough and considered decision making and the suitable mitigation of risk
• You will offer opinion, perspectives and solutions to both the client and EA, all parties would benefit from your experiences and judgement
• You will represent EA at industry seminars and undertake continued research and learning in sectors relevant to your work interests and client objectives – You will pen white papers that aid our Consultants development and ultimately produce enhanced client outcomes
• You’ll contribute to the development of more junior colleagues, the EA business strategy and any on-going development of IP

• Highly proficient and experienced in all forms of strategic programme delivery and consulting
• Self-starter with an innate ability to work autonomously and or as part of a wider team
• Able to manage the delivery of competing and complex priorities and accepting of the need to continuously adapt
• Have an awareness of new technologies and related methods of delivery
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of digital strategies and intent, inclusive of high growth areas, e.g. Fin-Tech, Payments, HCM or Reg-Tech
• Retain an ability to work under pressure and in fast or bureaucratic paced environments
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to present information concisely in a manner applicable to varying levels
• Professional, completer/finisher, with a unique creative flair and can-do nature
